Terms of Trade

Order
Please contact us for any kind or model of a car.  In case you are looking for a certain particular model not on our stock list, you can contact us directly by E-mail, Phone or Fax.

Payment
Payment should be made in Uganda Shillings or US Dollars.Full trade price has to be paid within 7days after the issue of invoice by Cash at Our offices or Telegraphic Transfer. Please do not forget to fax us the copy of your T/T or bringing it to our offices for confirmation. We will have to cancel the contract in case we cannot confirm your payment by the due date without any notice.

Shipping
We will arrange the earliest shipping as soon as we confirm your payment.All documentation you need will be sent after the shipping by currier.All orders shall take at most 45days to be delivered.

Claims

Shipping schedule such as sailing date, ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), vessel name are subject to be changed by a shipping company. We are not liable for any claims in relation with these changes or/and delay of arrival.
- The original document(s) will be released after we receive the full trade price in our company bank account.
- We are not liable for any storage cost, customs breach, or/and damage to a vehicle incurred as a result of customer's delayed payment.
